Principle/President - Inspector

Born in The Bronx and raised in Harrison, N.Y. Frank graduated from Harrison High school and B.O.C.E.S where he took up Trade Electricity. Frank enlisted in the US Army and served in an Armor Battalion. His interest in wiring served him well when trouble shooting the electrical systems on the tanks and recovery vehicles. After serving three years and achieving the rank of sergeant with an Honorable Discharge Frank began his electrical career.Working in various companies, to round out his electrical knowledge, Frank started his own electrical contracting company.( Millenium Electric )After working for twenty years as a contractor, Frank was approached by Pierre Belarge to get involved with training. Studying weekends and nights Frank obtained his three IAEI certificates in 1&2 Family, General, and Plan Review. Frank is currently preparing for his instructor certifications.
The training led to becoming an Electrical Inspector in Westchester County, and later, the Putnam County electrical Inspector. While in Putnam County Frank started a training program, along with Pierre Belarge, which was the beginning of Frank's transition to becoming part owner of his own Electrical Inspection Company.
